help me out because i just went on control panel and made my new password for computer..but i dont know what happened and everything was deleted..they were my important files ..can u tell me how to re install them

Did you try "System Restore" in Control Panel? Try to restore the system to an earlier known good date. And then, immediately perform a backup (see Backup and Restore in Control Panel - Win 7)

Did your files get deleted, or are you just locked out?

You can recover your password with a number of utilities.

If you are just locked out, you should be able to access the data from computer. You'll just have to take the HDD out and plug it in to the other.
