XP will Not Recognize my Rosewill RHUB 320 USB hub

Hello,
I have a Dell 4500 running XP sp3. In trying to connect a Rosewill RHUB 320 USB hub, XP only sees it in Device Manager as a "Generic USB Hub", but it doesn't show up in My Computer, nor in the Disk Management of Computer Management. In Device Manager it is shown as having a driver error (Code 10). I have tried to uninstall, reinstall, different usb ports, etc but no luck. The manuafacturer has no downloadable drivers. Help, please!

You wont find separate USB drivers on the manufaturer website, you may have to reinstall the Chipset drivers, I have included the link for your convenience.
