Well since christmas is right around the corner i have racked my brain on what to do for my dad. I came up with the idea to build a custom pc out of one his old ham radios that no longer works ive already started the project by completly gutting the box its pretty much the same as a regular mini itx pc case but there is no room for a regular power supply so i started doing the research to get around this hurdle and found the little tiny power supplys for carputers called a pico something or other anyone ever heard of something like this ? any help would be greatly appriciated

there a plenty of mini ATX, pico ATX and the like power suplies. some aren't mich bigger than the motherboard plug.

what they require is a 12volt input, so you have the brick type power cord, like many printers
