Cisco router install e1000

Hello,
I just installed my new router. I can not get a wireless signal, from my laptop or I-phone.When I plug my laptop into the back of the router then i get internet. Please help why i can not get a wireless signal.

First time you need to hardwire it and go into the address, usually 192.168.0.1 (type in the browser address bar and hit enter). This will take you into the Cisco menu, there you configure your security and other settings like wireless. Make sure your Wireless is on, acting as DHCP and is protected.
