I have two computers networked and sharing a single dial-up conection. However, there are times where the computer i use takes a serious hit in bandwidth while the other computer hogs all. Is there a program that would alow me to split the bandwidth when both pc's want info at the same time, and let one pc have all the bandwith when the other pc's connection is idle?

Netlimiter is popular, but not completly stable. I don't know of any other programs since I am fortunate enough to do this in hardware.
