i havint oc it at all and would like to know if this is normal settings.
am not running any programs in the back round, and not to sure about the gpu core clock/ gpu memory clock speeds.
when i look up my card on sites it says,
Engine Clock 602MHz
Memory Clock 2214MHz (1107MHz DDR3)

temps looks fine.

Unless your video card by default has extremely reduced settings for 2D mode, your software isn't reading things properly.

100Mhz for Memory Clock is pretty odd...

Temperatures though, would make sense. You could also open a game or 3D intensive application and then check to see what settings this displays then.

Ultimately, if your GTX280 is performing like you'd expect it to, I wouldn't worry. Could be a bug in the latest version of GPU-Z too.

It's perfectly normal mine reacts the same way when your not doing anything it will downclock to 300mhz core and 100mhz memory to lower temps / power consumption. :)

gtx200 series has a power save feature its normal. if your games get poor fps then there could be an issue.
