xps420 . 375psu, will 9800gtx WORK?

DELL xps420 . 375psu, will 9800gtx WORK???

has any one run this setup. the graphics card specs say 450 min PSU requirement. But not sure how accurate that is.
Any one who can help please do.

if u have run similar or better cards on the 375 PSU let me know.

Tell us how many amps you have on the 12v rails.
Look at the power supply label.
List the hardware in your Dell also.

Without more info I'd have to give a big fat no. Since it's on a Dell, I'd assume the PSU isn't so good, and a 375watt PSU would have to be very good to make it.

The only problem would be having to use a power adapter.

Yep, it'll work just fine. The Dell 375W is a surprisingly powerful PSU, and the main issue is that you'll probably have to use the molex to PCI-E adapter for the second power plug (I think the Dell 375 only has a single PCI-E power connector).

Yeah shold work fine. I've got 2 9800gtx+'s in sli running on an antec 500 watt.That's nuthin special, came with a case.

That's correct.
Dell 375w = 375 continuous watts @ 30amps
