Ok so last night I oc'd my E6750 from 2.6 up to 3.4Ghz using the fsb up from 333 to 425. I ran prime95 for just over 10 hours using the blend test and had absolutely zero errors. The temps are now 30 degrees idle (3 up from stock) and 43ish under high load (up from 38ish). I left the voltages on auto configure, CPUZ is telling me that under heavy load I am hitting 1.392 volts and 1.408 volts at idle. It should aslo be noted that my cpu is using a Thermaltake V1 Black Widow cooler.

My question is how do I go about incrementally decreasing the voltage to get temps down? Also my G.Skill DDR2 800mhz Ram went from 5-5-5-15 to 7-7-7-16, any idea why this happened and how I get it back down?

Your voltages are mixed, arent't they?
Anyway, relaxing latency to get higher frequencies is expected.
If your memory is 800Mhz and you already are at 425Mhz FSB, you are 25Mhz above your theoretical limit.
Because you don't have an unlocked multiplier, it should be very difficult you increase your speed without voltage increase and more latency relaxing.
