Nividia GeForce 250 GTS

Hello, does anyone know of a post or thread explaining how to overclock a GeForce 250 GTS?
or is it even possible to o/c this card?
If there isnt any posts on how to, can someone help me out and shed some light on how?

thanks but that article doesn't tell you how to overclock a graphics card. it just explains the reasoning behind doing so. and comparing the difference between Nividia and ATI
