i'm planning to oc my i7 920 and i'm not sure about the memory spec.
I've got 6gigs of dominator gt 1866 cl7-8-7-20.
I'm looking to achieve an overclock of 3800MHz. if i use x19 multiplier that gives me a bclock of 200. To get my mem multiplier i do this 1866/200=9.3. round to the nearest multiplier=10. To get my Dram frequency, multiply bclock*mem multi 200*10=2000.
First, is this correct and if so does the Dram frequency take my memory out of spec?
I hope this makes sense, i'm new to all this :)

Actually you will normally want to round down so your memory clock multiplier would be 9 leaving your memory running a bit under spec at 1800 instead of exceeding the spec at 2000 (though you can try it at 10 and it may work depending on the modules.)
