im upgrading from a Bearly overclocked singlecore a 1.9Ghz so bare with me here I bought this core for 109 off Tigerdirect but it didnt include a Heat sink so I baught a GeminII s with a 120mm fan. This Vid card will be a 4650 Ati HD with a gig of ram and the board is a ECS ((got it for free)) A740GM-M. Any advice for ram and Overclocking setting would be a Helpful thanks.

adding information:
Cooler is a Cooler Master Gemini II S CPU Fan D/775/940/AM2+
proc is a AMD Phenom Quad X4 9850 2.5Ghz CPU
And the Thermal greese im going to order is T925-1256 :: Thermaltake CL-O0027 TG1 Extreme High Grade
Board is a ECS A740GM-M
Vid card is 4650PE1G
Any ideas for Ram / Overclocking settings?

My advice is not to overclock if that system even works right once you build it. I looked up the motherboard and it is listed to support Phenom X4 with a max of 95W TDP, the Phenom 9850 has a TDP of 125W. Push it too hard and you could very well kill the board.
