ok guys here is the build i am makin:

E7200
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit
Asus P5Q-Pro
G-Skill 2Gb
Hitachi 250GB Hard Drive
Antec Neopower 550W
Antec 300 Case
Windows XP Professional 32-bit

is this a good build for playing Warhammer Online at max quality and Unreal Tournament 3??

ALSO if anyone knows can the E7200 be clocked around 3.4ghz-3.6ghz with the ACF 7 Pro???

if you're playing at 1680x1050, you're doing ok. I had been using a e6230 OC'ed to 2.5Ghz with the 4850 and it plays UT3 fine. Not sure about ACF 7, as I'm using watercooling... lol...

Yes, most e7200's can get to 3.4-3.6ghz.

Build looks ok.
I would recommend adding an additional 2Gb of RAM.

I do not know what either warhammer or UT3 require but you should be able to run almost any game on high at 1650x1080 or below with your proposed rig.

Yes, the ACF7Pro should be able to keep your E7200 cool enough in that range.
Make sure your case has enough ventilation to ensure you have no issues.
