MSI -Motherboard

Hi, I have the motherboard: 945GCM478 from MSI.
After I shut down my PC, it automatically turn-on at 00:00 each day. Can somebody help me to understand which bios function shall I have to set to evoid this inconvenient ?

Sounds like the battery needs to be replace. Give that a try and see if it fixes the problem.
