Have an admin set up an account for you on the server.

Hi,

First of all you need to be an administrator to login on a server. If you can login and have the rights you can do it at:
Open your Default Domain Controller Security Settings > go to Local Policies > User Rights Assignment.
On de right side lookup "Allow log on locally" and double click on it. Add the user that you want to be able to login on the server.(even if he is just only a user)
