Best budget socket 478 mobo for overclocking

Well, socket 478 is a really old socket, and there are only a few boards with it that are still in circulation still. Biostar is the only brand i know of that has them atm, and I don't know how good they are for overclocking. I do know 478 socket chips aren't that great for overclocking so you'd probably be best off not bothering with that and just getting a new chip like a new Pentium Dual Core.
