The Palit one seems to be the cheapest..... My options are: MSI, Palit, GeCube, Sapphire
Which one should I get? Is there a significant difference between them? I prefer the Palit as its is cheaper.

THERE is usually no difference between cards of the same model ie : 4850. The difference are only the sticker, the warranty, and sometimes slightly different clockspeeds.
If you look, you may come across a card with a different heatsink than the rest of the cards. These are generally better than the others as the cards stay cool. Examples are the Saphire ICE Q or whatever they call it.

Bottlom line, they are all the same.

Imo the third party cooling solutions like HIS IceQ4 are worth ten or fifteen bucks more. The GPU is too strong and produces too much heat to dump it back into the case. Plus the HIS is a lot quieter.
