if i a have a ati radeon 4850 512mb, can i add a 4850 1gb in crossfire? i have gotten mixed answers about if the amount of memory has to be the same so please only post if you know for sure. Thanks!

Having a 4850 with 512mb and another with 1 gig would work in cf fine, but the thing in games usually split up the work between the 2 gpus if it supports cf or sli. so in some cases your 4850 512mb will bottleneck your 1 gig card because of memory limitation. In my opinion just get another 4850 with 512mb save some green.
