guys, i got 5 pcs connected over a network. i use this system for audio as i compose music for media but lately im having problems with hard drive speeds. i have ventured a bit into the RAID function but i want to ask; can i remove all my 6 hard drives from the pcs and put them all in my 'workstation' pc, set the hard disks with RAID 0 and allow the other pcs to save and load data from the 'workstation'? thanks

also considering that my hard disks are ide and sata

If you have just one HDD for each computer, unless network boot can work without a local HDD (which I don't know) you will not be able to use the computers without the drives.
