Bios flashing

how hard is it to flash the bios on a KN3 SLI2 Mobo using the top hat bios and are there any site with easy instructions

yeah sorry about that! submitted the first one and the screen froze so wasn't sure if it had worked! so resubmitted. Many apologise.
