have case need to update

I'm fed up,we've got to rebuild,so I need some help I've got a modded out themaltake xaser 2000 III full tower now I just need everything else mobo,video card,cpu,psu.ram,and HD need to keep cost down or within reason doe's it really pay to have a video card or just go with an onboard set up?
