Raid smilodon tower with power supply to k9a2 motherboard

I attempted to follow the instrucions that came with the msi k9a2 motherboard but im completly lost. If you can help find a diagram or can walk me through the proccess in LAMENS terms , i would be greatly appriciative! To be more specific i need to know <where to hook up the l.e.d's and to 3 fans that come with the case < where to hook up the 500 watt power supply into the mother board. thank you
