Help with geforce 9500

Hello there am looking for some help/advice/miracle with installing my graphics card.

I got a new pc (specs below) from powerc.com got it Thursday everything installed but windows have been able to install everything else myself but have had no luck with graphics card keep getting a This device cannot start. (Code 10).

Ive look for settings in bios to assign irq to vga but is no such setting only thing i can see is a setting for display to be pci or pci-e have tryed both.

I have tryed drivers from CD as well as newer ones from website Ive updated most if not all devices.

Any help with getting my card to work would be great
