ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe video card upgrade

I'm new in this forum, sorry if this post of similar is already in this place.

This is mi question, i have a ASUS M2N SLI Deluxe mobo with a AMD Athlon X2 5200+ CPU, 2 GB RAM DDR2 800, and MSI 9600 GT OC.

I want to upgrade the video card and CPU, for select the CPU I choose a AMD Phenom 9950 CPU, but I not sure with the video card, I have three options. NVIDIA Geforce 9800 GTX+, GTS 250 and GTX 260. My question is: The nforce 570 SLI can exploit the performance of these cards, especially the GTX 260?
