Internet Sharing W2K help

Ok guys let's try this again.

This is the setup: One comp with a PCI DSL Modem and a Realtek 10/100 LAN card and the other just another Realtek LAN card. Using a 5 Port Switch and both comps are using W2K.

Now the question is how can I make Internet Sharing work without using proxies just this basic configuration. Both comps see each others resources just fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Open up help and do a search for internet connection sharing and it will pull up all sorts of info. Than I you still have questions come back and ask them. Good luck!
