To go with a Q6600 and 4 gigs of DDR2 800 and 19" monitor, which one should I go for? 4650 CF or 4850 512 ? I get both setups at the same cost... I have a DG31PR now which does not allow me to OC my cpu, so gonna get a P5Q-Pro (if CF) or P5Q

Don't forget to check if your power supply supports the new video card.

ATI Radeon HD 4850 System Requirements

450 Watt or greater power supply with 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express® power connector recommended (550 Watt and two 6-pin connectors for ATI CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode)
Certified power supplies are recommended. Refer to http://ati.amd.com/certifiedPSU for a list of Certified products.

Splendid
+1 for 4850
multicard setups only make sense with highend cards, with slower cards possible scaling issues are too annoying if you could get the same or better (and constant) performance with a single more powerfull card...
