There are too many variables to simplify it down that much. Everything from the number of stream processors to the type of memory to the memory clock to the core clock matters.

Which specific cards are you looking at?

i'm looking for chepaer cards but good, like EN9500GT 1GB DDR2, HD3650 512MB DDR3 and HD4670 512MB DDR3.

and i suppose the cards with DDR3 are better for gaming.

Of the ones listed, the HD4670 is by far the best card. The Nvidia 9600GT is pretty close to it in performance, and the HD4830 and 9800GT are better than all of them.

yeah i thought so, that the HD4670 is better.

but better becuz of his: Engine Clock 750 MHz, Memory Clock 2008 MHz ( 1004 MHz DDR3 ) or it is something else???

by the way this cards are made by asus

It's better because of a combination of the architecture, the number of stream processors (320 in this case), the core clock, and the memory clock. As a general rule, avoid cards with GDDR2. However, this doesn't guarantee that a card with faster DDR3 will always be the best. It needs to have a combination of factors, not just one thing.

thanks for the information....one more queston, is the HD3650 second best from that list???

HD3650 SILENT 512MB DDR3 to be more specific

if that 9500gt anything close to the 8500gt ... it absolutely blows... i think i got like 2.5k on 3dmarks06 with it .... not its 11k with 4850

It's probably the second best, but neither it nor the 9500 will be even decent at playing modern games at any but the lowest settings.
