Upgrading my Macbook

I currently have a Macbook with a HDD 160GB and RAM 2 GB. I want to upgrade this to a 1 teerabyte `HDD and 4GB RAM. which manufacturer would you recommend i get ny items from. Eagerly awaiting your advice.

I have always had good luck with Western Digital drives. Corsair and Patriot have top notch memory.

You will first have to check and see if your current drive is SATA or IDE. then get the appropriate drive.

Another advantage is that newer drives also tend to be faster
