I went to Intel's website to see if there were any updated X58 chipset drivers. I searched high and low, and I couldn't locate any. There are references to some, but when you read the description, it doesn't list the X58 chipset. The only drivers I can locate are the ones that are on Asus' website, which are the same that came with my motherboard.

Seems a little strange that Intel's new flagship product doesn't have any updated drivers. Am I missing something?

It's not quite like a regular driver download. It's a "utility" that you use, and it does a few things.

Now whether it's updated I have no idea.

Yep, I found that too, but not only does it actually not list the X58 chipset when you click on the details, but it's also quite old drivers.

Sorry I don't know then. When I used the similar tool for P45, I got a good update.
