Alright, I am building this to handle all of my graphic design, and hard core gaming needs... Tell me what you think of this setup, and please feel free to give suggestions!

I hadn't even looked into those... I can get a X58 mobo for $225.00, and the i7 for $308.00 (Although, it is only 2.66GHz.. I would like to see what the i7 945 2.93GHz will be (It's 2.93GHz right?), I know the 3.20GHz i7 965 will be around $999.99...) That puts me at $525.00 for the Pro/Mobo setup, when I was going to pay $620.00 for the setup listed above! Thanks Slomo!
What do you think about the rest of the build with those things replaced?
Oh, and also a good point I just thought of (If this is possible, haven't looked yet...), once you have 2 GX2's it's done... You can Crossfire 2 4870 x2's! So going with the 4870 x2 would be preparing for a near future upgrade that would out perform 2 GX2's... Correct?
But, for the price difference, 2GX2's $400.00 total, 2 4870 x2's $1,000.00 total.. Is it worth it?

Yes, later on down the line you can always add a second 4870 x2 for added performance.
Here is a comparison between the 4870 and the 9800 GX2, keep in mind that this comparison is with the 512mb 4870 and not the 1 gig 4870:
