Stuck in Safe Mode on reinstall

What do you guys think of Spotmau Power Suite if I can't get my safemode problem fixed?

I can't fix my machine and have messed with it for three days. It's stuck in safe mode and nothing works. I saw somewhere that this would take care of it and let me start over. You don't think so????

cant you shut down and boot from disc,then format and reinstall!

I have tried that and nothing happens. I was in the middle of reinstalling when it got stuck in safe mode and ther seems to be no way of getting around the cycle. It just keeps rebooting and saying can 't boot in safe mode
