Hello,
How do i copy my address book to my laptop?

Right click on the file in question, choose copy then paste the file to a USB flash drive and insert the flash drive into a USB in the laptop and coy from there to a folder.

http://kb.palm.com/wps/portal/kb/common/article/33529_en.html, install the sync software for your model. Look through the options there and select one that will work for you. You should be able to export the contacts into a text file, or at least Outlook or some other email manager.
