Currupt hardrive

Hi guys I have recently just put together a build. It has an E VGA triple SLI motherboard with an SSD 128 GB hard drive. But recently I needed more storage so I purchased a 1 terabyte hard drive. This 1 TB hard drive was an internal hard drive. Every time I try to open a windows tells me that a is corrupt but th but the hard drive is perfectly fine. How do I solve it so that I may access to hard drive at any time. I've really needed space thank guys.

when i try to access the drive and i have ran a disk check on it when it works and it said no problems and that the hard drive works fine ( i cant format it and it will work and then wait a bit come back to my computer and then the drive letting me access it.)
