Hello,
I go into the bios and change the settings around to do more GHz but I can't figure out what settings to do, I have a intel pentium e2180 2.0ghz, with nvidia gts 250, windows 7, and a asus motherboard. Please help my GHz go up please

What motherboard do you have? You can raise the CPU clock by raising the FSB (front side bus) in the bios

Next stop should be a guide for your particular motherboard. Google is your friend.

And you will need better than stock cooling.

please tell me the model number of your mobo, it will make things easier.
normally these settings will work
fsb = 260
ratio=10
dram freq = 667mhz or near it
dram timings = 5-5-5-15
cpu voltage= 1.2-1.26v (i did 3ghz on P5K-VM mobo on 1.28v)
