Hello, i have been up all night trying to overclock my intel e2180, all attempts end in fail :(

the spec on my motherboard is
Asus P5N73-AM
- Socket: 775
- Chipset: NVidia Geforce 7050
- Integrated 8 Channel High Definition Audio
- Supports dual channel DDR2 800/667/533/400 DIMMs
- 1 x PCI-E x 16 / 1 x PCI-E x 1/ 2 x PCI
- 10/100 LAN
- 4 x SATA 3Gb/s
- RAID 0,1,0+1
with a Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180
- Socket: 775
- Cache: 1MB Exclusive
- Frequency: 2.0Ghz
- TDP: 65W

the problem(i think) is the BIOS, which is a phoenix
i can't change any CPU frequency for FSB but only the multiplier to x10(which is default) but i can change the frequency of the memory from a range of 400 - 2400

if anyone can possibly help it would be greatly appreciated.
