Here we go again. First, thanks to those who gave advice in my previous thread. My budget is 1000 USD, I DO need a monitor, but I don't need a mouse/keyboard/soundcard/OS (32bit). In front of each component is (set) or (???) corresponding to the parts that I really want in the build and parts that I could use advice on, respectively. Prices are just newegg with rebates and discounts, I will search for the best prices later.

(set) Case: Antec 300 - $55

(set) PSU: PC Power & Cooling 610EPS - $71

(???) Mobo: Depends on the CPU I guess... - $100 to $120

(???) CPU: Intel Core2 Duo E8200 - $160
Intel Core2 Duo E8400 - $165
Intel Core 2 Quad 6600 - $180

(???) GFX Card: ATI Radeon HD 4850 - $140 to $160
Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT - $100 to 120
(Please suggest a brand! e.g. Saphire, ASUS, EVga, or whatever)

(???)Memory: DDR2 PC2 6400 4GB
Corsair xms2 5-5-5-18 - $25
Mushkin model #996587 5-4-4-12 - $38
OCZ Platinum 4 GB DDR2 PC2 8500 5-5-5-18 - $56

(set)Hard Drive: Western Digital WD2500AAKS 250GB - $55 or 320GB - $60

(???)DVD Drive: Lite-on 20x Burner - $22
LG 22x Burner - $25
Samsung 22x Burner - $25
Sony 20x Burner - $24

(???)Card Reader: nmedia PC ZE-C68 all in one - $10

(set)Fans/Heatsinks: 2 Antec Tri speed 120mm (to go in front of case) - $20
(?) A cooler for the CPU beyond stock, I don't know which one, but I really want to keep everything nice and cool! Anything good for less than $40?

(???) Monitor: Really need help here... 20'' Widescreen 1680x1050 Glossy screen if possible. Maybe a Samsung? <$200

Am I forgetting anything? Adding up the most expensive choices gives me just under $1000. Some questions: Would the PSU be able to handle dual 4850s or 9800s in the future? Is the E8200 as OC-able as the Q6600 seems to be? Do all motherboards support different memory voltages (1.8V vs 2.1V)?

I am getting excited about ordering parts, so any suggestions or answers will be very appreciated. Good night, I will check back in the morning.
