Best out of the bunch is going to be the HD 3650. But questions remain:

1)What power supply do you have and is it enough to power a newer graphics card.
2) What processor does your current system have and will it bottleneck a newer graphics card (as my Athlon XP 3200 did to my 7800GS).

the psu is running fine right now but i hear that theres some problem's with asus's cards but idk

The psu will be fine .

But since AGP is a dead technology if you have a bit more money upgrade to a C2D system with maybe an e5200 , 2 gig of RAM, and a g33 or 35 chipset motherboard. It wont cost that much more since the AGP cards are expensive

I`d suggest the 2600XT and pair it with the Pentium for best performance.
Just remember, this is an old system, do n`t expect to play at high resolutions and settings AND keep good framerates.

I say the 3850 as the best choice and your psu is fine. but you should think about building a new computer completely. Its a good money saver plus you will have a nice new pc with a new mother board

Also Zaxix I am not a genius on that so I am not sure
