Best configuration of three things motherboard memory & cpu

i want to upgrade my system but i don't what is the best for me

mother board -- giga byte GA-G31M-S2L / any other

memory --- 2X 2 = 4 GB 800 fsb ddr 2 ( already buy )

processor -- ?? (which is best )


after reading many articles & review i think best system have

Memory : Fsb is like 1:1

so plese help me so that i build my new stable system
