nVidia Physx

So i know that the 8800 GTS 320MB in my computer can work to accelerate physics in Physx games.

When I up grade my machine, will I need an SLI board from nVidia in order to take advantage of this?

To be very specific, could I go with an Asus P5Q Pro w/ 2 PCI 2.0 slots, use an HD 4850 for graphics and the 88000 for physics?

I don't think you need SLI, since you wouldn't need SLI to use a PhysX Card, just a PCI-E slot.
