Shuttle barebone videocard help

Hi Guys,

Last couple of years I've been hanging on to consoles as a former PC gamer. But I got the itches for the PC again.
But to game I need a nice graphic card.

I have the following specs:
SN78SH7 Shuttle barebone with a Phenom X3 (2,1 ghz)
2 Gb RAM
Single slot pci express 2.0 (This is the problem I can only fit in a single slot card)
1680x1050 monitor

The specs on the website give me this list
But the 4850 but the heating problems give me worries.

Maybe some guys/girls at the forum can help me back on track?
