i am having a hard time to conect the front panel pins ( pwr on, reset sw, speaker etc etc. Please anyone would be kind and help or even send me the manual guide for this mb? i check the Gatway website but what shows there its a diferent plug(old) wich no a days is diferent . thank you in advance . lolecas@hotmail.com

Try Gateway tech support. You could also take a high res photo of the MB and post it here. Usually the MB will have some labels on it near the pins.

You're right, those labels are very confusing - I have not seen something like that before. Could you post a picture of the whole motherboard?

What's that connector just above the battery? Sorry, that's about as good as I can do without seeing it in person. A lot of times, branded computer makers get custom MBs made with non-standard custom connectors -- good luck!
