Question about new graphics cards.

I am running 2 4870x2 video cards in a quadfire setup. Yesterday all the fuses blew in my house except for the one in my computer.
Now I have to read or eat with the computer on and the side of my computer case open. Anybody have a quick way to fix this?

Seriously.....Any new video card technologies expected next year? All the news talks about is how they are tweaking the 260/280 and 4800 series cards but I heard a rumor of some new stuff this spring. Anyone confirm or deny this?
