Visiontek or HIS (HD 4870)

i have already bought my cpu/mobo (e8400 & p5q pro)

I cannot decide which vid card i would like to go for

The Visiontek 4870 512mb (dont c a 1gb visiontek version)

Right now Visiontek is out of stock (even tho it says they'll be available 2day )

Im considering of just going ahead and buying a HIS version just because its there but i am not sure if i am making the right decision

This will be my FIRST ATI vid card i have ever bought

I have heard good things about visiontek and HIS

Which should i choose?

anyone own any of these and have feedback?

I would go for the HIS 4870 1 GB.

Over the two of them i would choose HIS but the HIS 4870 cards have bad cooling. Visiontek had horrible drivers and service. They had a buggy as hell card for the 2xxx series.
