i want to overclock my i3 530 processor from 2.93ghz to 3.4ghz.

i have:

intel i3 530, 2.93ghz
intel DH55HC motherboard
2gb stick of some crap transcend memory, [128Mx8/DDR3...1333/9-9-9] (soon to be OCZ DDR3-1333 4GB (2x2GB) Reaper HPC Memory Module Kit)

i want to know how to go about doing this.. do i have to overclock my memory? and if so, should i rather wait for the OCZ memory??

Will i have to alter the Voltage at alll?? what temps should i be expecting? currently temp is 38 degrees celcius in idle. (on stock cooling, not for long though)

thanks a lot, all help is needed..

you are going to have to increase the fsb wish increases the speed of your ram as well and the voltage will depend on if your cpu likes it or not some might get to 3.4 with no voltage increasement while others will take some voltage to get there. not sure what the locked multiplier on a i3 is so i cant give the the fsb speed that will get you to 3.4.
