My system would not boot. Every component is removed. With the CPU, Video and RAM installed, powering on the system, I get 3 beeps. According to AMI Bios, 3 beeps indicate bad/no memory. Install new and tested memory, then power on the computer, I get no beep- nothing.
This was a normal working computer. One day it decides to cause me trouble.
What I've tested:
1. Replaced PSU
2. Replaced Video Card
3. Removed and Replaced motherboard battery
*Worked twice then stop*
I narrowed my test down to no ram, 3 beeps, and with ram, no beep.
One thing I haven't tried is buying a new motherboard. 
Any help or suggestion is appreciated. Thank you!
