Are you sure the games have the correct resolution? If not, you need to adjust that (from within the game) - othewise, mine have all gone full screen.

i have adjust screen resolution but its only change desktop display and when i adjust display on games setting it makes picture on games become bigger or smaller but not stretched the screen !!!

Sometimes there is a settting inside the game for resolution as well. Plus, I believe there is a setting about games and full screen.

I believe you edited a post, so I'll try to respond to above.

In CoD4 - I had to set the resolution manually once the game had loaded. For some reason it was set at something different than my screen resolution and didn't line up with my screen size.

Have you tried adjusting the resolution inside the game? There is usually a setting there.

I had the same problem.Solution is alt+enter and everything becomes fullscreen.It seems to be a problem with directx 10.

And setting monitor to show full screen instead native.That fix all my problems ;)

Step 1: Go to your graphic card control center
Step 2: Lower the resolution
Step 3: Change Scaling Option to Fullscreen
Step 4: Change back to original resolution

in control panel or just right-click on desktop...
*make sure you 've already installed the graphic/video driver...

Thanks due...great...Lot of day i searched the google to get this answer but i failed...after your suggestion i chaged it thanks..now i can play game in FULL SCREEN
