Which cooler is better?
A stock Q9400 cooler

Or Spire QuadroFlow VII (was bundled with e6600)

The cooler will be used on a e6600. No plans for overclocking.

Dont spend additional money. Take the default cooler that comes with your CPU.

if you are not going to overclock, the stock Intel cpu heatsink will be okay. If you already have both cpu heatsinks then my best advice is to install each one to determine which one works best for you. That's one of the fun parts about building your own. You can experiment.

I have both and I am planing to sell my e6600, but I dont know which cooler I should add.
