ASUS M4A79 Deluxe w/ Phenom Deneb 940

I'm looking for feedback on this board and the M4 class from Asus in general...in particular how it is either a better or worse choice than their M3A (M3A79-T) class of boards.

I'm building a primarily gaming-centric rig w/ a Deneb 940 CPU.

Funny you should ask, this is the system I am building right now, add some OCZ DDR3 1600 (though some people would probably say it's not compatible and upgrade my vid card to an Nvidia GTX 260 and that's my upgrade for now ...
