Cooling fan help please

Hi guys, first time building a PC. Here are the parts I am buying. Is this all I need besides a aftermarket fan? And If all I need is a fan, can anyone suggest a fan thats good for about $20-30? Thanks in advance I intend to overclock

If you are going to overclock then you will want to install a third party cpu heatsink and fan to provide additional cooling for your cpu.

The best bang for the buck is probably the Coolermaster Hyper 212+ which comes with a fan and thermal compound. If you shop around you might be able to find it on sale for about $29.99.
