ASUS P5GDC-Deluxe board, want to update the BIOS on it to see if it clears up these CPU temp sensor issues..

flashing BIOS through EZ FLash (Alt + F2), does the floppy need to be formatted or have files on it (bootable)? or just the P5GDCSI.ROM file i downloaded from the site and put it on a floppy and then do the EZ Flash?

anything i should be aware of using this method.. never flashed the bios before.
