Hi there.

I'll TRY to keep it short and sweet.

I have purchased this computer from Argos (ok, ok, give me a second :D ) which is due next monday. The Acer Aspire X1700 - http://www.backoffice-europe.com/shop/information.asp?partid=98%2ECWM75%2EH7P

Everything on that specification is correct except for the graphics card, the one I have coming is nvidia geforce 7100 and I think its on board. But I've planned to buy this low profile graphics card, the nVidia 9600 GT Galaxy -http://www.galaxytech.com/Product_Details.asp?id=192&class1=&class2=

What I really want to know is, when and if I install that graphics card successfully will I need to change my power supply/psu?

If I do, Im desperate to know where I can find one that will fit into this PC and whether it be strong enough. And most importantly I think it needs to have a 6 PIN CONNECTOR??????

I know alot of other people have been upgrading their mini pc's, if you could help me out I'd be in your debt, thanks.

I'd love to help, but until you know how big the current PSU is I can be of no help. Hopefully you can post the dimensions when you do get it or someone can help you out before then.

I think you would be much better off with a card that doesnt require a power connection. Something like a 9500gt or 8600 gt. Should run games decent at lower resolutions.
